Minute Devotion

Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of the grace that we may obtain mercy and find help in the time of need.  (Hebrews 4:16)  God has fixed it so that our prayers come up to a “throne of grace” and not to a throne of justice, because then none could come.  We come rather to a throne which is also a mercy seat, the place where God meets sinners through Jesus Christ.  We are a faulty, unfit people but God receives our prayers through our perfect Savior.  God looks upon our prayers presented through Christ and forgives all our imperfections and receives them on the merits of our Savior.  Our LORD told us to pray to the Father in His Name, and that He would hear and answer.  PRAY
